SEEN Fragrance-Free Hair Products
I am not a coffee drinker, so when I start the day I need a shower to wake up. Â But when I am having a migraine attack not only do I have pain, but I am also sensitive to light, sound and some smells. Â So in the middle of an attack that pushes me into rest mode, the last thing I want to do is take a shower and smell my usual shampoo and conditioner. Â
As a RetreatMigraine 2021 attendee, in my welcome box I was introduced to Seen shampoo and conditioner. Â I love it because It leaves my hair clean, and manageable but without any scent like my regular shampoo and conditioner. Â I am so happy to have been introduced to these products!Â

SEEN Fragrance-Free Hair Products
For me, one of the most challenging aspects of life with chronic migraine is that scent-sensitivity is my biggest attack trigger. Not only does this impact where I go, but also the products I'm able to have in my home. As the disease has chronified for me, this scent-sensitivity has increased and has increasingly limited my options, resulting in not only reactions to chemical fragrances but also some natural ones.Â
Discovering SEEN fragrance-free hair products was such a huge relief for me. Not only because they really don't smell (NOTE: some supposedly fragrance-free products still smell), but also because they are such high quality. At first glance they seem a bit on the expensive side, but through using them the past few months I've discovered that the high quality means I need to use less product than I'm used to. The result? Hair that looks and feels great, and which doesn't smell at all! I highly recommend these products and this company.Â
